French Sugar Parisian Upcycled Tartan Skirt - $78.00

This skirt was inspired by watching the Winter Olympics in Canada. At the end ceremonies, they had a few bands playing while wearing their "tartan" clothing.
This skirt is actually two skirts in one. The underlying garment is a long black skirt with a full-length zipper. The top skirt is a wrap with adjustable straps. Then there are the chains, which also are adjustable. The ruffles are tatered cotton fabric from another skirt. It's very easy to get in and out of because it's a layering process.
My daughter, the model, loved this garment and she uses's this photo often. It must be the "Irish" in her!
