Another favorite of mine. A wonderful find at a second-hand thrift shop. The dress is by Anne Klein and it's made from Irish Linen. All it needed was a little embellishment to become a stunning garment. The easy part was creating the chiffon ruffles. The hard part was placing it on the garment. Each row of ruffles was individually pinned down then machine sewn on. Just a little suggestion, begin the process in the center of the garment and work your way out. The ruffles have a special touch to them. As you can see in the pictures, the ruffles end with a long streamer. Stunning! If you are interested in this garment, you can purchase it at my Etsy shop!
