I adore Black and White garments! I'm sure I've mentioned this in previous posts (LOL)! But, alas, I can't help it. And, did I mention, I'm hopelessly in love with "poka-dots"! So when I come across a garment that has two of my most favorites things - IT'S MINE!

So here you have a beautiful cotton white skirt with black embroidered poka-dots and embellishments. Then I found this cute little short skirt with tons of soft and flirty black ruffles. Put the two together and ooo-la-la, you have this wonderful garment.
